How do I cancel or suspend a NachoCard?

There are three routes to suspending a NachoCard via the navigation bar on the lefthand side of your account when signed in:

NachoCards

    • When you select this option, you can either search for a specific card or locate the card you would like to suspend through checking the varying pages.
    • Select the card you would like to suspend/cancel
    • Toggle over the ‘Active’ button, select, and choose to either suspend or cancel.

Subscriptions

    • Select this option on the navigation and search for the specific subscription you would like to update.
    • Select the card and toggle of the ‘Active’ button, select, and choose to either suspend or cancel.

Transactions

    • Select this option on the navigation and search for the specific transaction you would like to update.
    • Select the transaction and within the informational page, click the URL link of the NachoCard under payment.
    • Select the card and toggle of the ‘Active’ button, select, and choose to either suspend or cancel.

It is important to note, when reinstating a card, you follow the same steps but choose to ‘Activate’ as opposed to ‘Cancel’ or ‘Suspend’
